Nvidia Release GeForce 320.49 WHQL Drivers
I tried the beta version of these and they worked just fine. Fujitsu notebooks are not included Fujitsu Siemens notebooks are included.

Also, it's not on the home page of the geforce. It's odd how the WHQL driver has the same version number as the beta driver.

Help us by reporting it. I'm not downloading these until more guinea pi Only had crash once with it but other than that it works well on my SLI setup. I guess I'll stay with I dunno maybe nvdiia rollback to the previous most stable driver that worked for you.
